Cancellation and Modification Policy
Q: How do I process to cancel and modify the order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our Customer Support team at support@gerberaprints.com. Within those 24 hours you can cancel or change sizes, colors or products. After 24 hours your order moves into production and can no longer be cancelled or changed.
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, email us within 48 hours of placing your order and we'll update it.
Please take note of the following:
- Modification orders may result in an extension of the production time by 1-2 days.
- Modifying your design might require a significantly longer processing time, potentially affecting the overall delivery schedule.
