WHEN WILL MY ORDERS BE DELIVERED?
- We handle orders from Monday through Friday, according to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) ("days" here is "business days"). All items in our store are custom-made, requiring 7 - 9 business days for the crafting and packing process. This bespoke approach ensures that when you place an order, the item is created specifically for you, one at a time, ensuring the highest quality.

- Furthermore, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1 - 2 days or more.
- Please keep in mind the shipping time to the overseas states such as PR (Puerto Rico), HI (Hawaii), and AK (Alaska) will take 30 - 60 business days. Please do not choose and pay for the Fast shipping option for this state.
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method selected at checkout.
- We provide a link to track all of our shipments. Please use the tracking link to check on the status of your delivery.
CARRIER CONTACT INFORMATION
Shipping carriers: USPS, DHL, EMS, Yun Express, Local Post... More than 80% of packages are using USPS shipping carrier.
Important: The national carriers will use regional carriers to deliver your package when the package arrives at the destination country. When this happens, please contact them or us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to get accurate information about your shipment.
Please be aware that:
- More than 97% of our orders are processed and sent off within the mentioned timeframe.
- Occasionally, unforeseen issues with our suppliers and delivery partners may cause slight delays. We apologize for any trouble this might cause you.
- During US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, there may be extended shipping times. We regret any inconvenience this causes and thank you for your understanding.
Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?
- We provide shipping to only one address per order. For delivery to multiple addresses, please place individual orders for each location.
How to Check/Track order status?
- Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a Tracking Number.

I never received my package, what should I do?
- Often, your package may be at your local post office due to a missed delivery.
- For U.S orders, if your package is delayed beyond our stated timeframe, you can request a refund or a reshipment. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll resolve it for you. If it's still within the expected time, please allow some more time for the package to arrive.

In the following circumstances:
- Due to circumstances beyond your control, your order did not arrive (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside Our Store's control (e.g., not being cleared by customs in your country, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but getting lost).
