Custom polo questions
What is the minimum for custom golf polos?
5 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within those 5, and you can split one design across men’s and women’s polos.
Do I need a finished design file?
No. A logo file is great, but a sketch, a photo or a short description works too. We turn it into a mockup for you to approve.
How long does a custom order take?
After you approve the mockup, Every piece is made to order in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping arrives 10–15 days after you order, production included; Fast shipping arrives in 6–8 days. Hats ship in 1–3 business days and arrive 5–8 days later. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico take 30–60 business days. For an event, order at least 3 weeks ahead.
How much do custom golf polos cost?
It depends on the product and quantity, so we send the price together with your mockup. For reference, our ready-made golf polos are $54.95.
Can I order just one personalized polo?
Custom designs start at 5 pieces. For a single shirt, choose one of our ready-made designs — no minimum.
What if something arrives wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. If there is a design error, a manufacturing defect, or we sent the wrong item or size, we remake and reship at no cost. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t exchange for fit, so please check the size guide first.
